This Privacy Policy explains how Zyada ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Kecilin app (the "App") for Android.

1. Our Approach to Privacy

Kecilin is designed with a privacy-first approach.

Photos and videos selected for compression are processed directly on your device. Kecilin does not upload your photos or videos to our servers, and we do not store your media files on our servers.

The App is designed to work without requiring an internet connection for its core compression functionality.

2. Information We Access

Photos and Videos

Kecilin may access photos and videos on your device so you can select files to compress.

Access is limited to the media required for the App's functionality. Selected files are processed locally on your device.

We do not collect, upload, or store your photos or videos on Zyada's servers.

Photos and videos are considered personal and sensitive user data under Google Play's User Data policy, so our handling of this data is described here and in our Google Play Data Safety section.

Notifications

Kecilin may display notifications to inform you about compression progress and completion.

Notification information is handled by Android on your device and is not collected by Zyada for advertising or analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information accessed by Kecilin only to provide the App's functionality, including:

• Selecting photos and videos for compression
• Processing and compressing selected media
• Saving compressed files to your device
• Showing compression progress and completion notifications
• Supporting features that you explicitly request

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing and Transferring Files

Kecilin does not upload your photos or videos to Zyada servers.

If you choose to use the App's Share feature, Kecilin uses Android's system sharing functionality to let you select another app or recipient to share the compressed file.

This transfer is initiated by you. The selected file may then be handled by the app or service you choose to share it with.

Zyada does not control how a third-party app handles files after you choose to share them.

We do not otherwise share your photos, videos, or personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

5. Data Retention

Kecilin does not retain your photos or videos on Zyada servers because media processing is performed locally on your device.

Compressed files and original files remain on your device according to the options you select and the storage behavior of your device.

Any local App settings or other locally stored App data remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the App.

6. Advertising and Analytics

Kecilin does not currently include advertising or analytics SDKs.

If we introduce advertising, analytics, or other third-party services that collect or process user data, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety section as required before or when those changes take effect.

7. In-App Purchases

Kecilin may offer in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.

Payments are processed by Google Play. Zyada does not collect or store your credit card, debit card, bank account, or other payment credentials.

Google Play may provide us with information necessary to verify and manage purchases, such as purchase and transaction information. Google states that payment information is securely stored with the user's Google Account and is not shared with app developers.

8. Children's Privacy

Kecilin is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Data Security

Because Kecilin processes photos and videos locally on your device, these files are not transmitted to Zyada servers as part of the compression process.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App and limit data access to what is necessary to provide the App's functionality.

10. Your Choices

You can control the App's access to photos and videos through Android's permission controls and available system privacy settings.

You can stop using Kecilin at any time by uninstalling the App.

If you choose to share a compressed file using the App's Share feature, you control the destination through Android's sharing interface.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page.
